Kilimooku Vadu Mango

Vadu Mangai are baby mangoes generally known as Appe Midi, tender mango. It is specifically used for making vadu mango pickle in a traditional Indian cuisine style. The premature raw green kilimooku baby mangoes are plucked from trees and chosen to make pickles.

• Kilimooku Vadu Mango is of parrot beak shaped small baby mangoes and not the round shaped mangoes. Each piece weighs on an average of 20 to 50gms.
